We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it.

All items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition and includes any original packaging, tags, or accessories when applicable.

To start a return, please contact us at info@oceans-realtry with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges when available. Please contact us and we will help you find the right replacement.
